Yes, it is possible to make purchases on the website during the bankruptcy. The web shop is open until further notice but may be closed. For purchases made during the bankruptcy, the conditions of purchase on the website apply.

 

What will happen to Boob Design and Imse Care?

The bankruptcy administration has initiated a process to find a buyer to Boob Design and Imse through a tender process. Hopefully, the brands will continue to exist and be well-liked by customers in the future as well. I have made a purchase but have not received my goods. What do I have to do?

If you have ordered goods on or before the bankruptcy on September 23, 2024 but have not received the goods, we will endeavor to have your goods sent to you. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that all orders will be shipped.

 

I have returned an item purchased online but have not received my money back.

If you have exercised your right of withdrawal for purchases made on or before September 23, 2024 but have not received a refund, unfortunately you will not receive a refund for the return. You can make a claim to the bankruptcy estate to get your money back. The claim will be treated as a non-priority claim. The chances of getting money back for a non-priority claim are often very limited.

 

What about pre-bankruptcy warranty matters and claims?

Pre-bankruptcy warranty matters and claims from on or before September 23, 2024 are not accepted. You can submit claims directly to the bankruptcy estate, which will treat eligible returns and claims as non-priority claims. The chances of recovering money for a non-priority claim are often very limited.
