Customs Duties and Import Taxes

When ordering from countries outside of EU, customs duties, import taxes and other fees may apply.

Please note that some of our products are manufactured in China, with the new customs regulations this may mean a high additional cost for those ordering from the USA.

If you refuse or fail to collect your package, any customs duties will still apply and remain your responsibility. When the package is returned to us, we will deduct an administrative fee along with any customs charges incurred from your refund.

Delivery time

Normal delivery time is 2-4 working days for deliveries within the EU. Please note, however, that occasionally delivery may take longer and we reserve the right to take longer to complete a delivery.

We will process your order as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed by our warehouse, it is not possible to make any changes in the order. This includes changing items, delivery address, delivery method, or canceling the order.

Uncollected parcels

For packages not collected from designated pickup location, a fee of 20 EUR will be charged. This covers the costs incurred in handling your order.

Transport damage

If you discover that the consignment is damaged when you collect it from your service point or when UPS deliver it, you must report this immediately to the shipper concerned. If you subsequently discover that your order is damaged, please contact us at shop@mosweden.com. You, the customer, are responsible for ensuring that the consignment is not damaged or lost when returning it to us.
