We climate compensate for all our deliveries and returns. This means no extra cost for you as a customer, and we do it no matter which shipping method you choose. Our climate compensation is made in collaboration with PostNord, Airmee, DHL and UPS.

Import fees
Please note: We ship from Sweden and when ordering from a country outside the EU, the prices are exclusive of VAT and the shipping cost does NOT include duties or other taxes or import charges that may be levied in the destination country.
Extra charges, such as customs duties, taxes (e.g. VAT), and other import fees for countries outside the EU will be paid by you, the customer, on delivery. Please contact your local customs office for further information on local tariffs. If you for any reason want to return an item, Boob Design will NOT refund any customs duties or taxes that you paid on delivery.
🇺🇸 US: Your shipment is free of duties and taxes if the order value is below $800.
Deliveries
Your order is sent with UPS, DHL, PostNord or Airmee depending on the market.
Delivery time
Normal delivery time is 2-4 working days for deliveries within the EU and 5-7 working days for deliveries outside the EU. Please note, however, that occasionally delivery may take longer and we reserve the right to take up to 10 days to complete a delivery.
We will process your order as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed by our warehouse, it is not possible to make any changes in the order. This includes changing items, delivery address, delivery method, or canceling the order.
Uncollected parcels
For packages not collected from designated pickup location, a fee of 25 USD will be charged. This covers the costs incurred in handling your order.
Transport damage
If you discover that the consignment is damaged when you collect it from your service point or when UPS deliver it, you must report this immediately to the shipper concerned. If you subsequently discover that your order is damaged, please contact us at shop@boobdesign.com. You, the customer, are responsible for ensuring that the consignment is not damaged or lost when returning it to us.
