🌱 Thinking about sustainability and being environmentally smart is something we do continuously. Returns are unfortunately a growing environmental problem and we always aim to improve our products as well as our product information on the website to reduce the number of returns. If you have questions, concerns or feedback on how we can reduce the number of returns altogether, please get in touch with us!

Sometimes, of course, it happens that a garment doesn’t fit or isn’t what you expected. In that case, you always have a to return within 30-days. Read below for information on how to return your item(s) to us.

  • You can make returns within 30 days.
  • Return the item(s) together with the invoice with filled out return information.
  • The returned item(s) must be unused and undamaged, with all labels and original packaging remaining.
  • You, as the customer, are responsible for ensuring that the consignment is not damaged or lost when returning it to us.
  • The return postage is paid by the customer. (All orders from Finland, Denmark and Sweden will receive a prepaid return waybill to use for returns. They will be charged 59SEK/7EUR when we handle the return.)
  • You will find the return address at the end of this page.
  • It normally takes around two weeks from the time you send your returns for a repayment to be made.


We do not handle any exchanges. Please, make a return and a new purchase instead. If you used a discount code or received another offer on your first order and only want to change size, contact us and we will apply the same discount to your new order.


BoobDesign AB will refund returned items but not any shipping charges additional to the original order. It normally takes around two weeks from the time you send your returns for a repayment to be made.


We guarantee that the goods you receive are flawless when shipped. Should you receive a faulty product, please contact us by email as soon as possible and provide a detailed description of the fault and a photo showing the fault. We will get back to you with information on how to procced with the claim.
