Returns

🌱 Thinking about sustainability and being environmentally smart is something we do continuously. Returns are unfortunately a growing environmental problem and we always aim to improve our products as well as our product information on the website to reduce the number of returns. If you have questions, concerns or feedback on how we can reduce the number of returns altogether, please get in touch with us!

Sometimes, of course, it happens that a garment doesn’t fit or isn’t what you expected. In that case, you always have the right to return within 30-days. Read below for information on how to return your item(s) to us.

  • For returns made from Sweden, Denmark, and Finland: Use the included return label. You will be charged 59SEK/7EUR for the return shipping cost.
  • Returns made outside the countries above: You as a customer pay for the shipping cost. You can choose a shipping company of your liking. 
  • Fill in the return invoice and include this in the package.
  • The returned item(s) must be unused and undamaged, with all labels and original packaging remaining.
  • You, as the customer, are responsible for ensuring that the consignment is not damaged or lost when returning it to us. Therefore, make sure to save your return shipping receipt.

Exchanges

We do not handle any exchanges. Please, make a return and place a new order instead. Did you use a discount code? Contact us at shop@boobdesign.com and we will help you apply the same discount to your new order.  

Refunds

We will refund you for the returned items but not for the shipping costs. You will get your refund within 1-2 weeks from the time we receive your package at our warehouse. 

Claims

Should you receive a faulty product, please contact us by email as soon as possible and provide a detailed description of the fault and a photo showing the fault. We will get back to you with information on how to proceed with the claim.
