  • Payment with a gift card: If you paid with a gift card, you will usually receive a refund in the form of a new gift card or store credit. Combined payment: If you paid using a combination of a gift card and another payment method, the gift card portion will be refunded as a gift card/store credit, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Your order is sent with UPS, DHL or PostNord. Normal delivery time is 2-4 working days for deliveries within the EU and 5-7 working days for deliveries outside the EU. Please note, however, that occasionally delivery may take longer and we reserve the right to take longer to complete a delivery.
