Returns

We try to make sure that all our products meet high quality expectations and we want to do everything possible to make sure you’re happy with your purchase. However, if you still would like to exchange or return an item, please follow the instructions below. If you have any questions, you can contact our customer service at shop@boobdesign.com

INTERNATIONAL

Return Policy

  • You can make returns and exchanges within 30 days.
  • Return the item(s) together with the invoice with filled out return information.
  • The returned item(s) must be unused and undamaged, with all labels and original packaging remaining.
  • You, as the customer, are responsible for ensuring that the consignment is not damaged or lost when returning it to us.
  • The return postage is paid by the customer. (All orders from Finland, Denmark and Sweden will receive a prepaid return waybill to use for returns. They will be charged 59SEK/7EUR when we handle the return.)

Returns

If possible, reuse the shipping bag that the goods were delivered in. When we have received and approved your return, we will confirm the refund via e-mail.

Exchanges

We do not handle any exchanges. Please, make a return and a new purchase instead. .

Refunds

BoobDesign AB will refund returned items but not any shipping charges additional to the original order. It normally takes around two weeks from the time you send your returns for a repayment to be made.

Claims

We guarantee that the goods you receive are flawless when shipped. Should you receive a faulty product, please contact us as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after collection of the consignment, and provide a detailed description of the fault. The faulty item must be in unused condition. Return the item together with a completed return form, stating clearly that it is a warranty claim. When we have received the item and approved the claim we will send you a replacement, if in stock, and refund your shipping costs. If the item is not in stock we will return any payment for the item and refund your shipping costs.
