MERT TEKSTIL

Mert Tekstil, which produces our sports bras, is a textile factory with over 20 years of experience and expertise in activewear production. In addition to the renowned OHSAS 18001 certification in human rights, Mert also has standards in quality and environmental management. They are also regularly audited by third-party organizations such as Amfori BSCI and Sedex.
HNC CLOTHING LTD.

HNC Clothing Ltd. was founded in 2016 and is located in Denizli, in the southern part of Turkey. The factory specializes in the production of high-quality garments and has 80 skilled employees with, as they themselves say, "strong labor force." Most of HNC's production is exported to European countries. HNC Clothing Ltd is a member of Amfori BSCI and Sedex and undergoes third-party audits several times a year.
CALZE ILEANA

The Calze Ileana factory is located in northern Italy, near the beautiful Lake Garda. The founder, Ileana Pinelli, started the company in 1982 and still runs the factory together with her children, Alda and Luca. The factory's electricity consumption is carefully measured, and most of it comes from its own solar cells, with the remainder purchased from other renewable sources.
Lemar, the knitting factory, and Barbara, the dyeing factory, are both family businesses located near Calze Ileana and have been partners since the beginning. The Barbara dyeing facility, which handles wet processes, has a sophisticated water treatment plant with biobacteria that ensures water quality, and they have also invested in a facility that supplies them with sustainable electricity.
ASMAY SWIMWEAR

Asmay Swimwear manufactures our swimwear. It is a family-owned company in Istanbul that is now run by the second generation. All steps in the production are done at the factory, from pattern making to sewing and packaging. The fabric we use for our swimwear is imported from Italy and is made from recycled fishing nets and other industrial waste that has been regenerated into new material.
KIRON

This family-owned business was started in 1995. The factory is certified according to STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® and undergoes several social audits annually, including BSCI, WRAP, and FWF. High-quality yarns are imported from Europe and then knitted using German technology in so-called STOLL machines. At Kiron, every sweater is made with love, dedication, and care.
KANIKA

Kanika is a family-owned business founded in 1980 by Mrs. Swaran Setia (called "Aunty" by her employees) and is now run by her children Kumud and Rahul and a talented team, many of whom have been with the company since the beginning. Kanika works with a wide range of products and tailors its production for various brands around Europe and produces woven garments for us at Boob. The factory is GOTS certified, which means it must meet high standards both in terms of environmental and social conditions, and it also requires that all factories in the production chain are certified according to the same principles. The factory is also regularly audited by third-party organizations such as Amfori BSCI and Sedex.
MEMTEKS

Memteks manufactures our seamless bras with yarn imported from Italy. This sewing factory is located in the western parts of Istanbul. It was founded in 1996 and works with dyeing, sewing, and packaging. The factory is certified according to STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® and has been audited and approved in terms of social issues by Sedex. Our local agent visits the factory regularly to monitor production.
IRMAOS RODRIGUES

Irmaos Rodrigues has been our largest producer for many years. It is a family-owned business that started in 1987 in Gilmonde in northern Portugal. Lucinda, our local agent, visits the factory several times a week to handle various issues and ensure quality. The fabric is knitted and dyed in local factories with long-term relationships, ensuring the best quality, price, and lead time. Irmaos Rodrigues is a GOTS-certified factory, which requires that all factories and other units in the production chain must also be certified. The same rule applies to all our products labeled with the GOTS logo!
Irmaos Rodrigues is also certified for STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX®, which guarantees garments that do not contain any harmful chemicals. They are also SA8000 certified, which is a certification that covers workers' rights and guarantees a good working environment.

SML manufactures our comfortable seamless bra in organic cotton that is locally grown. We work through a local agent who visits the factory regularly. This factory, founded in 2006, is STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX certified. It has been audited and approved in terms of social issues by both Sedex and BSCI. The factory also holds a certificate for qualified work management.
IMPETUS

Impetus sews our underwear and is the kind of factory that always delivers quality with high standards. Impetus has its own knitting department, which is an advantage in terms of quality control and lead times. The factory has certifications that cover strictly limited chemical use as well as a healthy and well-functioning workplace.
REISTEX

Reistex is a smaller sewing factory with a family atmosphere. The factory was founded in 1984, and since the early 2000s, it has been owned by two women who, together with 60 employees, run the production. Reistex manufactures premium garments in jersey for men and women. The factory maintains high standards and holds both GOTS and GRS certifications. Our local Portuguese agent visits the factory regularly to follow up on production.
KALITO

Since 2023, we have been collaborating with the high-quality textile producer Kalito in China. They are an innovative company that shares our values and vision to make the textile industry more transparent. Kalito was founded in 2012 and is at the forefront of sustainable production. One example of this is that one of Kalito's three factories, namely the main factory outside Shanghai, is entirely powered by solar energy, marking a strong commitment to environmentally friendly and sustainable manufacturing. This initiative underscores Kalito's dedication to reducing its environmental impact and promoting innovative solutions in sustainable production.
Just like us, Kalito values good relationships with both employees and customers, and they have a safe and secure working environment in their factories. Kalito has several certifications that ensure environmental and social responsibility, including GOTS, Oeko-tex Standard 100 & GRS.
ERIUS

Erius is a high-quality textile producer in Portugal specializing in customized collections. The 5000 sqm facility is equipped with advanced technology, including 2 automated cutting units and special equipment for technical products. The Erius team has over 25 years of experience and is dedicated to delivering high-quality products. Our collaboration began in 2023, and the production team visited the factory in June of the same year. Erius has several certifications that ensure environmental and social responsibility, including GOTS, Oeko-tex Standard 100 & GRS.
