Returns

๐ŸŒฑ Thinking about sustainability and being environmentally smart is something we do continuously. Returns are unfortunately a growing environmental problem and we always aim to improve our products as well as our product information on the website to reduce the number of returns. Sometimes, of course, it happens that a garment doesn’t fit or isn’t what you expected. In that case, you always have the right to return within 30 days. Read below for information on how to return your item(s) to us.


Return policies

  • You can make returns within 30 days.
  • The returned item(s) must be unused and undamaged, with all labels and original packaging remaining.
  • For hygiene reasons, panties cannot be returned.
  • We do not handle any exchanges. Please, make a return and a new purchase instead.
  • We will refund returned items but not any shipping charges additional to the original order.
  • It normally takes around two weeks from the time you send your returns for a repayment to be made.

The cost for return is 80 NOK. The amount will be charged when we handle your refund. 

  1. Carefully pack your products together with the physical return form, please reuse the original packaging if possible.
  2. Fill in your order number and your customer details here.
  3. You will receive a QR-code by SMS or e-mail.
  4. Bring your return package and show the QR code at your nearest PostNord service point. The service point prints a return label and attaches it to your package and gives you a receipt confirming that the return has been sent.

Reclaims

We guarantee that the goods you receive are flawless when shipped. Should you receive a faulty product, please contact us by email at shop@boobdesign.com as soon as possible and provide a detailed description of the fault and a photo showing the fault. We will get back to you with information on how to proceed with the claim.
