Returns and exchanges

We try to make sure that all our products meet high quality expectations and we want to do everything possible to make sure you’re happy with your purchase. However, if you still would like to exchange or return an item, please follow the instructions below. If you have any questions, you can contact our customer service at



  • Under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act you have the right to return fault-free goods without providing a reason. Returns must be sent to us within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • We will refund or exchange your order at your return cost. Please send the return to:

  • Goods returned must be unused and undamaged, with all labels and any original packaging remaining.
  • As the customer you are responsible for ensuring that the goods are not damaged or lost when you return them to us.
  • BoobDesign AB will not refund any shipping charges additional to the original order. However, we will cover the new shipping charges for replacement item(s) for one exchange.
  • It usually takes around two weeks from the time goods are returned to us for any repayments to be made.


Return the item(s) together with the completed return form. You can use the same shipping bag that the goods were delivered in. Once we have received and approved the return we will confirm repayment via email.


We do not handle any exchanges. Please, make a return and a new purchase instead. If you used a discount code or received another offer on your first order and only want to change size, contact us and we will apply the same discount to your new order.


We guarantee that the goods you receive are fault-free when shipped. Should you receive damaged goods, contact us as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days from collection of the consignment, and provide a detailed description of the fault. Return the goods together with a completed return form and cancellation form (Angreskjema), stating clearly that this is a warranty claim. The return form can also be downloaded here.

Once we have received the goods and approved the claim we will send your replacement goods if they are in stock and refund your shipping costs. If the goods are not in stock we will return any payment for the goods and refund your shipping costs.
