Returns and exchanges We try to make sure that all our products meet high quality expectations and we want to do everything possible to make sure you’re happy with your purchase. However, if you still would like to exchange or return an item, please follow the instructions below. Returns must be sent to us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will refund or exchange your order at your return cost. As the customer you are responsible for ensuring that the goods are not damaged or lost when you return them to us. BoobDesign AB will not refund any shipping charges additional to the original order. However, we will cover the new shipping charges for replacement item(s) for one exchange. Briefs and swimwear are classified as hygiene products and cannot be exchanged or refunded. It usually takes around two weeks from the time goods are returned to us for any repayments to be made. Returns Return the item(s) together with the completed return form. The return form can also be downloaded here. Note which item(s) you want to return and tick the “Refund” box. You can use the same shipping bag that the goods were delivered in. Once we have received and approved the return we will confirm repayment via email. Exchanges Return the item(s) together with the completed return form. Note which item(s) the return concerns and state the item and size you wish to exchange to under ”Exchange for”. If possible, also provide a second choice for the exchange, in case your first preference is out of stock. You can use the same shipping bag that the goods were delivered in. Once we have received and approved the return we will confirm repayment via email. For items purchased in any of our bundled promotions, where one or more items are returned, you will pay full price for that/those products which you choose to keep. The full price will be deducted from the refund amount. If you return your entire purchase, you will be refunded for the entire purchase. Claims We guarantee that the goods you receive are fault-free when shipped. Should you receive damaged goods, contact us as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days from collection of the consignment, and provide a detailed description of the fault. Return the goods together with a completed return form and cancellation form (Angreskjema), stating clearly that this is a warranty claim. The return form can also be downloaded here. Once we have received the goods and approved the claim we will send your replacement goods if they are in stock and refund your shipping costs. If the goods are not in stock we will return any payment for the goods and refund your shipping costs.
