Size guide: bras

Here are tips on how to find the right size when you buy bras for pregnancy and nursing.

Find your bra size

Measure around the fullest part of your bust.

Measure around your body under your breasts (if you don't get an even number, round up).

Calculate your cup size by taking the bust measurement minus your under-bust measurement.

For example, if you measure 90 cm around the bust, and 73 under your bust: 90 - 73 = 17 = cup size C.

In this case your bra size would be 75C.

Cup size

The difference between the measurement across the fullest part of your bust (A) and the under-bust measurement (B) gives your cup size:

  • A - cup: 12-14 cm difference
  • B - cup: 14-16 cm difference
  • C - cup: 16-18 cm difference
  • D - cup: 18-20 cm difference
  • E - cup:  20-22 cm difference
  • F - cup:  22-24 cm difference
  • G - cup:  24-26 cm difference
