This Privacy Policy applies immediately to new users, and from 25 May 2018 to existing users. This Privacy Policy replaces all previous versions.

Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, save, share and protect your personal data. The policy concerns www.boobdesign.se, www.boobdesign.de and www.boobdesign.com and all related services and communication.

Who controls my personal data?


GDPR stands for “General Data Protection Regulation”. The EU-wide regulation takes effect on 25 May 2018 and replaces the current Personal Data Act (PUL).

GDPR and PUL are similar in many ways, but there are some important differences. The biggest and most important difference is that you, as a user of different services, will have more control over your personal data. A positive development, we believe.


Who controls my personal data?

The Swedish company, Boob Design AB (556554-1025, “Boob”, Sankt Paulsgatan 1, 118 46 Stockholm) is the data controller of the personal data that you send to us and is responsible for ensuring that the processing of personal data is in accordance with current data protection legislation.

Which type of personal data do you collect and how do you use and process my personal data?

We collect personal data that you send us, e.g. when you place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, contact our customer service or enter competitions. The personal data that you send us may include contact details, personal identity number and payment details. Below, you find more in-depth information on how we handle your personal data.

Orders/purchases

Personal data is processed in order to:

  • Deliver a product you have ordered, including delivery notification and contact regarding delivery.

Personal data is processed in order to:

  • Be able to fulfil legal obligations, as required by laws, judgements or administrative decisions. Such requirements may refer to product liability and product safety, such as providing communication and information to the public and customers regarding product alerts and product recalls in case of defects or health hazards, or if it is required by other legislation and is attributable to a single individual.

Boob Design AB guarantees that it will never pass on your personal information or email address to third parties, except where special grounds exist. In such cases, the partners shall process the data as independent personal data controllers in accordance with their own privacy policies and processing instructions.

Some pages on Boob Design websites contain links to third party websites. These websites have their own privacy policies and Boob Design is not responsible for their practices or privacy policies.

Boob strives to process personal data within the EU/EEA and collaborate with partners who process personal data within the EU/EEA.


How do you store my personal data?

The processing complies with legal requirements, which means that personal data is not retained for longer than essential for the purpose of processing. In practical terms, this means that information is removed when it is no longer relevant or necessary for analyses or direct marketing or the purposes for which it was collected. All handling of personal data will, however, be subject to a high level of security and confidentiality.


What are my rights?

We want to be open and transparent about how we process your information, and if you want to find out more about the personal data that is being processed, you have the right to request access to your data, which we will provide to you in the form of a so-called ’registry’.
