Do you have a shop that I can visit?

We don’t have our own shop, but you can find retailers in Store Locator.

What are the opening hours of Boob’s customer care?

How do I receive information about Boob, news and offers?

Register to receive our newsletter and follow us on social media.

I have not received an order confirmation

Always make sure that your e-mail address is correct, as this is the most common reason for not receiving your confirmation.

An item is out of stock – will it become available again?

You’re always welcome to e-mail us at shop@boobdesign.com to find out if the item you’re interested in will be back in stock.

What size should I order?

Use our size chart to find the right size. If you have any further questions regarding size, don’t hesitate to contact our customer care at shop@boobdesign.com.

How do I return or exchange an item?

Of course, we hope that you will love your new clothes. If, for any reason, you want to return or exchange your order we will happily help you, providing you return the item(s) within 30 days of receipt. Here you find more information on returns and exchanges.

Which methods of payment can I use?

You can pay with VISA, Mastercard or PayPal. If you’re shopping within Sweden, you can purchase against invoice via Klarna, our invoicing partner. If you’re shopping from Finland, you can also make direct payments via Internet banking if you’re connected to Nordea.

How will my order be shipped, and where do I collect the parcel? 

We ship all deliveries to Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway by PostNord MyPack. Within Sweden, PostNord MyPack will notify you regarding service point via your mobile phone, and via e-mail within Denmark, Finland and Norway.

Orders from other countries are shipped via UPS and delivered directly to your home address.

How can I track my parcel? 

You’ll receive an order confirmation via e-mail with a package ID/tracking number. You can easily track your delivery at www.postnordlogistics.se if your order has been placed from Sweden, Denmark, Finland or Norway, and at www.ups.com for other countries.

When will my order be shipped?

If we receive your order before 12.00, it will normally be sent the same or following day.

To which countries do you deliver?

We deliver to all countries within the EU.

We also deliver to the following countries outside the EU:

Andorra, Argentina, Australia, Bahrain, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Faroe Islands, United Arab Emirates, Hong Kong, Iceland, Japan, Korea, Kuwait, Lichtenstein, Mexico, Monaco, New Zealand, Norway, Paraguay, Puerto Rico, Switzerland, Singapore, South Africa, Taiwan, Turkey, Uruguay, USA and Åland Islands.

What is the delivery time?

Orders received before 12.00 will usually be sent the same or following day. Normal delivery time is 2-4 working days for deliveries within the EU and 5-7 working days for deliveries outside the EU.

Please note, however, that occasionally delivery may take longer and we reserve the right to take up to 10 days to complete a delivery. We are not responsible for damage resulting from delivery times being exceeded, but you have the right nevertheless to cancel your purchase in the event of extended delivery time.
