Under Swedish law, you have 14 days after you have received your goods to change your mind and cancel your purchase. The returned item(s) must be unused and undamaged, with all labels and original packaging remaining. For hygienic reasons, briefs and swimwear cannot be exchanged or refunded. You, as the customer, are responsible for ensuring that the consignment is not damaged or lost when returning it to us. The return postage is paid by you.
Return the item(s) together with a completed return form. Indicate the items you are returning and put a cross in the box marked "Refund". If possible, reuse the shipping bag that the goods were delivered in. When we have received and approved your return, we will confirm the refund via e-mail.

Indicate clearly on the return form which item and size that you want in exchange. If possible, provide a second alternative, in case your first preference is out of stock. If possible, reuse the shipping bag that the goods were delivered in. When we have received your return, we will confirm the exchange and inform you of your new delivery via e-mail.
For items purchased in any of our bundled promotions, where one or more items are returned, you will pay full price for that/those products which you choose to keep. The full price will be deducted from the refund amount. If you return your entire purchase, you will be refunded for the entire purchase.
BoobDesign AB will refund returned items but not any shipping charges additional to the original order. We will cover the shipping charges when sending replacement item(s) for one exchange. It normally takes around two weeks from the time you send your returns for a repayment to be made.
We guarantee that the goods you receive are flawless when shipped. Should you receive a faulty product, please contact us as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after collection of the consignment, and provide a detailed description of the fault. The faulty item must be in unused condition. Return the item together with a completed return form, stating clearly that it is a warranty claim. When we have received the item and approved the claim we will send you a replacement, if in stock, and refund your shipping costs. If the item is not in stock we will return any payment for the item and refund your shipping costs.
