Delivery & Shipping

Countries we deliver to

We deliver to all countries within the EU.

We deliver to the following countries outside the EU:

Andorra, Argentina, Bahrain, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Faroe Islands, United Arab Emirates, Hong Kong, Iceland, Japan, Korea, Kuwait, Lichtenstein, Mexico, Monaco, Norway, Paraguay, Puerto Rico, Switzerland, Singapore, United Kingdom, South Africa, Taiwan, Turkey, Uruguay, USA and Åland Islands.

Extra charges outside the EU:

When you order from a country outside the EU – please note that the prices are excluding VAT and that shipping costs do NOT include any customs duties or other taxes or import fees that may be levied in the country of destination.

Extra charges, such as customs duties, taxes (e.g. VAT) and other import fees for countries outside the EU will be paid by you, the customer, on delivery by UPS. Please contact your local customs office for further information on local tariffs.

If you for any reason want to return an item, Boob Design will NOT refund any customs duties or taxes that you paid on delivery.

Shipping costs and free shipping

  • Sweden: 49 SEK. Free shipping for orders over 995 SEK.
  • Denmark, Finland and Iceland: 7 EUR. Free shipping for orders over 99 EUR.
  • Norway: 79 NOK. Free shipping for orders over 995 NOK.
  • United Kingdom: 13 GBP. Free shipping for orders over 135 GBP.
  • Other countries within EU and Andorra, Bahrain, Faroe Islands, Japan, Korea, Kuwait, Liechtenstein, Monaco, South Africa, Switzerland, Taiwan, Turkey and United Arab Emirates: 15 EUR. Free shipping for orders over 149 EUR.
  • Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Hong Kong, Mexico, Paraguay, Puerto Rico, Singapore, Uruguay and USA: 20 USD. Free shipping for orders over 170 USD.

Deliveries

Your parcel will be delivered via Postnord MyPack to Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway and by UPS to all other countries.

Orders received before 12.00 will usually be sent the same or following day. Normal delivery time is 2-4 working days for deliveries within the EU and 5-7 working days for deliveries outside the EU. Please note, however, that occasionally delivery may take longer and we reserve the right to take up to 10 days to complete a delivery. We are not responsible for damage resulting from delivery times being exceeded, but you have the right nevertheless to cancel your purchase in the event of extended delivery time.

If the goods are lost or damaged during transport, Boob Design AB is liable for repayment. If you have received damaged or faulty goods you must report this within 14 days.

PostNord MyPack

We ship all consignments within Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway by PostNord MyPack. Your order confirmation will include a package ID so that you can easily track your delivery at www.postnordlogistics.se.

UPS

All consignments outside Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway are shipped via UPS. Your order confirmation will include a tracking number so that you can easily trace your delivery at www.ups.com. UPS will deliver to your home (or another address provided).

UPS will make three delivery attempts. If you are not at home when UPS delivers your package they will leave a message with information on how you can contact them for delivery alternatives, stating whether this was the first, second or final attempted delivery. If UPS is unsuccessful on all three attempts they will hold the delivery at the nearest UPS office for five working days before returning it to Boob Design.

Uncollected parcels

In respect of uncollected goods, we reserve the right to charge for shipping, return shipping, administration and invoicing.

Transport damage

If you discover that the consignment is damaged when you collect it from your service point or when UPS deliver it, you must report this immediately to the shipper concerned. If you subsequently discover that your order is damaged, please contact us at shop@boobdesign.com. You, the customer, are responsible for ensuring that the consignment is not damaged or lost when returning it to us.
